Our over 10,000 personnel database covering offshore, seagoing crew, riding teams and shipyard trades is being updated and increasing on a daily basis to assist in deploying large number of Romanians for Offshore support vessels, Tankers (Crude Oil, Product and Chemicals), LPG (Pressurized, Semi Refrigerated, Fully Refrigerated, Ethylene), Container, Bulk Carriers, Ro-Ro vessels.
Personnel include:
- Offshore operators, engineers and technical staff
- Deck – masters, chief mates, junior officers and Engine -chief/ second and junior engineers, electrical officers, reefer engineers and technicians, ratings and catering staff
- Riding teams to supply skilled workers on demand for repair works on and offshore (fitters, pipe fitters, certified welders, blasters/ painters, boiler makers, platters.)
- Shipyard charge-hands, foremen and engineers for project, designing, mechanical, electrical, steel working, rigging, piping, hull treating, welding duties.
In order to find the right fit for every vessel and candidate, the recruiting consists in developing a rigorously selection process.
Fitting the person to the right job is our duty – we select and interview candidates in person by making them aware of the obligations and responsibilities during the employment, be it long-term or short contract based.
All of the candidates are checked with regards to personal details, valid certification and courses in accordance with STCW regulation, previous in rank experience, training and appraisal records and medical status. Our database stores all this information and all mandatory documentation for smooth operation by continuously monitoring and updating.
